Each year I make up some Blackberry Rum. The process is really easy. I harvest the berries from our bushes in the back yard. Load them into a couple big mason jars and then pour Bacardi Rum over them and let them sit for about a month. Then strain them and re-bottle. Goes great with Coke or 7-UP.
