I am always on the look out for cool things to hang from the ceiling of my shop. This weekend I picked up a pretty cool aircraft item. I bought a Gee Bee, which is probably one of the most recognized odd aircraft. It needed some work, but not much. With a little cleaning and some glue, I have it back in great looking condition. Looking forward to getting this hung up.
It's missing a prop and one of the cylinders is busted, but for what I paid I can't complain. The wing span is just over three feet and it must have been a piece that was made for the city of Springfield Massachusetts, according to the stickers that are on it.
