I had my pack already to go this morning. The alarm went off, and I hit the snooze. Finally jumped out of bed at 7:20. Showered and then pulled all my clothes back out of my pack and put them on then headed to work.
However as soon as I got home this evening I changed and got onto the treadmill for an hour. Did 3.5/miles with 4%, 6% and 8% incline. So I did do something.
Keeping track of everything I am eating, which is a real drag, but I have to do it.
