OK, well I walked to work and back today. Finally after being down with this crappy cold for 12 days. So back the grind and should be able to break 800/miles this month. I have to travel to NY/NJ next week so this may slow me down just a tad.

I'm glad you are back to walking, being sick is pretty bad. How do you get the miles built up in NY/NJ or, do you just walk more when you get home?

It depends on the weather and when I can get away. Tonight it was dark when I got in so I did 4.5 miles on the tread mill.
I plan on walking in the mornings before work. It's tough to catch up if you let the miles get away from you.
